"Right in the heart of the colleges", the location of this hotel is "perfect" for those "visiting the University of Pennsylvania", though more of a trek to the "Liberty Bell"; overall, the staff is "polite" and the rooms "pleasantly appointed" with "unusually comfortable" beds, though some grumble about a "tired look" in the "older" accommodations, as well as "tight parking."

Service and the free internet.
Very noisy - excessive noise from the street and parties. Interfered in our sleep.

Free Wi-Fi.
All the outlets didn't work, and the towels were dirty.

Over all this was a great hotel. The room looked nice, it had free Wi-Fi, and a fridge. The only problems were the outlets didn't work, the AC was kind of loud and a couple of the towels were dirty.

location was excellent. staffs were kind.
blanket was old, dirty, bed cover was heavy, clumsy.

Excellent location and parking was convenient and they honored valid parking until 6pm even after check out. Bedding is the worst part of this hotel. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

great fitness and pool facilities, right next to University and only $77
front desk a tiny bit snooty. Wished the pool stayed open until later.

Large, spacious, very comfortable beds, clean spacious bathroom, built in computer with internet, excellent fitness and pool. restaurant convenient, though I didn't use.

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.
I really can't say anything negative.

This hotel was just 2 blocks from the subway. We were always greeted warmly by staff and given advice as to where to get the best cheese steak and how to navigate the city. Rooms were clean and stocked. The only thing that I can think of that was negative was that I could not find an ink pen in the room. Which is pretty insignificant to me. This was a very good experience for me. I would definitely return. ...read more

A little cramped.

Excellent staff, comfortable, clean bed, with a nice TV and nice decor. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more.
